Notes:
Center pol reading (when SAT = LON) = Pol Offset + Pol Scale. Normally 30 +90 = 120 or 0 + 90 = 90
Tx Pol 2 polang target = Center Pol Value (120 or 90) +/- polang skew.
If this value is less than 30, then add 180.
Tx Pol 4 polang target = Center Pol Value (120 or 90) +/- polang skew + 90
For example, 22w from terminal at 18N, 63W, polang skew is -64 degrees.
Tx Pol 2 polang target = 0 + 90 - 64 = 26. Since this is < 30, add 180 to get 206.
Tx Pol 4 polang target = 0 + 90 - 64 + 90 = 116
To calculate the POL value, take the voltage (V x 4095/5 -1136) x 135 x 4 / 4096
Values < 0 = 0, values >255 = 255.
